We know projects don’t always go as planned. Whether something changes or a product doesn’t work as expected, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Return Policy for Unmodified Products:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any unused and unmodified items within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy for Modified Products:

If a product has a manufacturer defect, fails due to defective materials, or does not match the specifications listed on our website, we will gladly return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: eligibility for modified items is reviewed case by case and cannot be guaranteed.

General Return Guidelines:

All returns must include original accessories, documentation, and packaging.

Do not remove, desolder, or modify any components before contacting STEM PARK Support.

Processing returns may take up to 1 week, excluding shipping time.

Replacement orders cannot be altered to include different parts.

Items not received in restockable condition may be refunded as store credit only.

An invoice must be included with the return. If you did not request one at checkout, your confirmation email will be accepted.

Returns can be picked up for free at one of our free-delivery locations. For other areas, a return fee equal to the delivery fee of that region may apply.
